You'll receive 2 emails ,one confirming your order and another confirming when your order has shipped including a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping in the United States typically takes about 4-7 days to deliver depending on where you are in the U.S. All Linen Salvage et Cie products ship via UPS or USPS Ground with tracking. Due to current conditions, some deliveries are taking longer than expected. Please be patient , as the carriers and truckers are doing their best to keep up with demand for shipped products.

Some customers may experience delays in their tracking #'s moving. We create a label when we are ready to ship your order. If your tracking # is not moving, contact us so we can help . Email us at support@linensalvage.com

Currently, Linen Salvage et Cie ships anywhere in the USA and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to the Virgin Islands.

Covid 19 Impact 

Some customers are experiencing longer lead times on some items due to unforeseen supply chain delays due to Covid 19. We make most of our products to order. How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email support@linensalvage.com within 24 hours of submitting your order with your updated address to avoid any shipping additional charges.
