Returns Policy

Returns will be refunded to the same payment method used for your purchase.

All returns require a RGA (Return Authorization). Returns without an RGA will be refused. Customers have 7 days to request an RGA from the receipt date of your order.

Please email us at support@linensalvage.com to initiate the return process. You are responsible for returning the merchandise in the condition in which it was delivered, together with proof of purchase. If your item is eligible for return, we will send you a return shipping label, and you will be refunded the price you paid for the item to your original form of payment. Returns for purchases made with a store credit will be refunded as store credit. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. In order to be eligible for return, items must be in new, un-used condition only, and be returned in its' original packaging.

We stand behind our products and will replace any defective product received if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. We will issue an RGA and provide a return shipping label.    

All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return.
