We want you to love your purchase !

We will gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order. As we uniquely dye every order, there are normal very slight variations in color and dye lot that lend to the beauty of our couture bedding collections. Items must be unused, unwashed ,in new condition with tags attached and in their original packaging to be returned. Returns can only be processed for products purchased on linensalvage.com  and cannot be returned from any other retailer. 

Please email us a request for return to info@linensalvage.com so we can assist you and find a way to make you happy. Please allow 48 hours for us to reply to you.

We will email a return label to you and upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will quickly inspect them prior to issuing credit for your return. 

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please note that a $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping.

We reserve the right to replace any product purchased from our website with a manufacturing defect with a first quality item at our expense.  

 

Warehouse Sale / Trunk Sale/ Samples/ Final Sale Bedding

All Final Sale merchandise is non-returnable and may not be exchanged or returned. We will replace any sale bedding item with a manufacturing defect with a first quality item at our expense. Any return item requested must be returned to us in new, un-used , un-washed, with tags attached in its original packaging. We will email a return ship label and upon receipt of product back to our warehouse, we will quickly inspect the retuned item and replace with same item and ship back to you.

If same item is unavailable , we will issue a store credit to be used within one year from the original purchase date of the original item.

  

Masks

 All masks are final sale, due to Covid bio health guidelines, no exchanges, refunds or returns are accepted due to the nature of the product. We cannot guarantee our masks will fit, so please measure your face first and order the size you feel is best.We will replace any mask with a manufacturing defect .Any defective mask replacement must be submitted in writing to : info@linensallvage.com with photo showing the defect.We will gladly replace your mask and ship at our expense.
