Returns will be refunded to the same payment method used for your purchase.
All returns require a RGA (Return Authorization).
Customers have 7 days to request an RGA from the receipt date of your order. . Returns without an RGA will be refused.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process. You are responsible for returning the merchandise in the condition in which it was delivered, together with proof of purchase. If your item is eligible for return, we will send you a return shipping label, and you will be refunded the price you paid for the item to your original form of payment. Returns for purchases made with a store credit will be refunded as store credit. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. In order to be eligible for return, items must be in new, un-used condition only, and be returned in its' original packaging.
We dye all of our products to order in small batches, as such, please make sure to order the quantity you need ( i.e. a pair of shams or pillowcases ) as subsequent dye lots will not be guaranteed to match.We unfortunately do not accept returns for a product ordered of same color purchased later to match a prior shipment of the same color.
We stand behind our products and will replace any defective product received if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. We will issue an RGA and provide a return shipping label.
Due to the complexity of package shipments in the world, we are not responsible for any lost , stolen, late or non-delivered packages and we do not offer returns, replacements or refunds for any orders or ship costs that do not make it to your delivery address.
All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return. All sale ,samples, and/or clearance items are final sale, not eligible for return. All fabric and swatch orders are final sale.Gift cards are non-refundable.
